COVID-19: Don't panic, precautions
Nov 27,2020
The new coronavirus comes from the existing virus family. About 60 million people worldwide have been infected with this new virus.
Please remember the following information:
COVID-19 first infects the throat, so your sore throat will last for 3-4 days.
The virus then mixes into the nasal fluid, enters the nasal cavity, enters the trachea, and then enters the lungs, causing pneumonia. This takes about 5/6 days.
Pneumonia is accompanied by high fever and difficulty breathing.
How to recognize symptoms and prevention techniques:
If your nose and sputum are runny, you will catch a cold.
Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough and no runny nose.
If someone sneezes, it needs about 10 feet to fall to the ground and no longer spreads in the air.
If it falls on a metal surface, it can be used for at least 12 hours. Therefore, if you touch any metal surface, please disinfect your hand sanitizer as soon as possible. It is best not to touch it.
On fabrics, it can survive for 6 to 12 hours; ordinary laundry detergent will kill it.
Wash your hands often, because the virus can only survive on your hands for 5-10 minutes. But many things can happen during this time-you can rub your eyes, pick your nose unknowingly, etc., all of which will make you infected.
Alcohol scrubbing disinfectants can kill most bacteria and fungi, and stop some viruses.
Hydrogen molecular bath is an excellent choice for removing and purifying lung tissues while removing toxins. Of course, it is not recommended during acute illness. Hydrogen has biological effects such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptosis. Unlike any drugs, it is non-toxic and harmless. The body's metabolites are only water, so it is not easy to produce adverse side effects. This can effectively prevent COVID-19.
